How much will it cost to find me a home?
The fees for our Property Search and Relocation Services are extremely competitive and are detailed here. The success fee compares extremely favourably with all of our competitors and is a fraction of a percent. Our simplest service is the Local Property Search Service and it offers excellent value for money. How long will it take to find me a home?
We do not know. Typically a search can take between 3 weeks and 6 months but we have managed to find homes more quickly and sometimes it takes longer. We pride ourselves on trying to bring a swift conclusion to any property search but equally time is not always of the essence; what is more important is the right property and a satisfied customer.
What guarantee do I have that you will find me a home?
We can never guarantee that we will find you a home but we are confident that we will greatly increase your chances of a successful search. You will find our service both professional, friendly and thorough.
Can you help me with school selection?
Yes, both our relocation services, domestic and international have provision for advice on school selection.
Can you negotiate a discount on the purchase?
Sometimes yes! We are able to negotiate the price of a property on your behalf and we charge a percentage of the price reduction achieved upon a successful outcome.
How can you do better than me when it comes to negotiating a price?
This is where our expertise lies, whereas an individual or family very often goes looking for a new home once every 5 years, we do it all the time. We are also extremely familiar with the areas within which we conduct our searches and are able to make an informed judgement as to a property's value and desirability. This gives us a crucial advantage when it comes to negotiating a price.
Why are you only based in Surrey?
We are a relatively new company and we wish to prove our services and processes before we roll out our service nationally.
Can you help me elsewhere in the country?
Not yet no, but soon!
Why are you not as expensive as other services?
We stay focused on a small area that we get to know intimately, this has a number of cost advantages (for example it cuts down on unproductive and expensive travel time), in addition we are careful about our overheads.
